In this meeting we will confirm your budget for the project, and discuss your goals, must-haves, and wish list items for the home.  For example, do you like the idea of a first floor primary? Is an open concept kitchen/living space a must? And the list goes on from there. 

After this meeting, our architect partners will build initial renderings and floor plans for the home.  As the design starts to come together, we will keep you informed how certain changes will impact the budget.

We spend time reviewing the initial floorplan and elevations of the home.  At this point, you’ll be able to better visualize your future home, and we will work together to make any necessary or desired changes to the plan.

Once the plan, and specifications are finalized, we will provide a formal proposal for total cost of the project, and then move forward with executing our contract to begin the build process.

Typically the most exciting phase of the project. Using our preferred vendors, you’ll select the features that will make your house a home. Including, but not limited to, appliances, cabinetry for kitchen and baths, flooring, plumbing fixtures, interior and exterior doors, and exterior siding.

During the construction of the home, we will stay in constant contact to keep you apprise of the progress, and major milestones as they’re completed.  We will have periodically scheduled, in-person, walkthroughs so you can see the progress firsthand and share any feedback you have.  Your input during these walkthroughs is very important to us, so we ensure the final details of the home are exactly as you envisioned.
